CONTRACT OFFERS

This Offer from the owner of the SLIK VPN service, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to the user of the service services, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", is an offer to conclude a Service Agreement and defines the basic conditions for the provision of Services through the bot @SLIK_VPN_BOT. The Buyer, acting for the purpose of purchasing Services, accepts the terms of this Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the following terms.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is a public offer by the Seller, addressed to an indefinite circle of persons, to conclude a Remote Service Agreement with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the terms contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.
1.2. Order – the Customer's decision to order a Data Processing Service via the @SLIK_VPN_BOT bot by means of payment is the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
1.3. The Seller provides Data Processing Services, including private virtual access services, as well as other Services (hereinafter referred to as Services).
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Buyer orders Data Processing Services via the bot @SLIK_VPN_BOT website. By paying for the Order, the Buyer confirms his consent to the conclusion of this Agreement (acceptance of the offer).
2.2. By concluding the Agreement, the Buyer confirms the following:
a) The Buyer has read and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
b) The Buyer gives permission for the collection, processing and transfer of personal data.
3. THE PRICE OF SERVICES
3.1. The price of services is indicated on the @SLIK_VPN_BOT service and includes several tariffs.
3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of tariffs.
3.3. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Order are considered fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the funds in full.
3.4. The Buyer agrees to extend the subscription of the tariff if he has not received a request to terminate the service agreement.
4. MAKING AN ORDER
4.1. The order of Services is carried out by the Buyer by invoicing for services through the service @SLIK_VPN_BOT.
4.2. If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer.
4.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing and paying for the Order.
4.4. The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment of electronic ordering and payment by the Buyer.
5. THE PROCEDURE FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
5.1. The provision of Services is carried out in the manner described on the @SLIK_VPN_BOT service.
6. TERMINATION OF THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
6.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the Services at any time of the Agreement, the funds paid in accordance with the Tariffs are non-refundable.
7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Buyer undertakes not to use the system to send spam, scan ports and proxies, carry out mass mailing (even if the letters are actually sent through another server), and not to commit hacker attacks on other computers or networks.
7.2. The coverage area, Internet speed and quality of communication in the provision of Services may vary. The Seller undertakes to do everything possible to ensure that the Services are provided at any time (except for breaks for maintenance and repair). The Services may not be available due to factors beyond the Seller's control, including emergencies, network problems or limitations, interference, signal interruption, and disruptions to other services.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for the loss of data and messages, incorrect reflection of pages due to network problems. To protect Customers, the Seller can unilaterally set restrictions on the use of certain data and block customer service. Network speed is a nominal estimated characteristic, and it does not correspond to the actual speed of sending and receiving data. The actual network speed depends on its configuration, data compression method, network load, and other factors. The Seller does not guarantee the timely receipt of data, and is not responsible for possible delays or losses.
